Recently, I had a short paper published in the summer (2018) issue of Philalethes: The Journal of Masonic Research & Letters, the paper examining Dr John Theophilus Desaguliers’ poem ‘The Newtonian System of the World’. The poem was published in 1728, it celebrated Newtonian Natural Experimental Philosophy, and commenting on it in my first book ‘The Genesis of Freemasonry‘, I noted references that reflected Masonic themes.
